El morcón ibérico de bellota S.R.C. es el morcón por excelencia. Alimentado el animal durante la montanera a base de hierbas y bellotas exclusivamente el morcón se elabora con la presa paleta como base y el con el mimo y el cariño que S.R.C pone a todos sus productos. De sabor ligeramente ahumado se presentan en piezas envasadas al vacío.
